Recovery-drink


One thing I have learnt over the years with climbing is the importance of taking in 
carbs after training in order to help your body recover. The best way of doing 
so that I have stumbled upon so far, is Marcels, who after havning spent the day 
in Coquibus Roche qui Tourne went straight into Milly for a quick refill...
